How many people can travel together?
Up to 21 in one vehicle. Tell us how many are coming and you’ll only see vehicles with enough seats. For bigger groups, ask for a group quote and we’ll send two or more.
Is the price fixed?
Airport and cruise transfers are. Other trips show a price before you book, worked out from distance and time, and that’s what you pay unless the route changes.
Can we bring luggage?
Yes. Each vehicle shows how many large bags it takes. The 13-seat minibus has no luggage space, so for airport runs with suitcases pick the 11-seater or a Coaster.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Add their name and mobile when you book and we’ll text them the driver’s details and a link to follow the vehicle.
Can I book ahead?
Yes, up to six months ahead. We need at least 30 minutes’ notice for any booking.
How do we split the fare?
After the trip, tap Split fare in the app and it works out each person’s share.
Can I cancel?
Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Closer to the time, call us and we’ll sort it out.
